Shane was professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and his listening skills are superb. We enjoyed his low pressure approach. He answered all our questions. We appreciated being able to make a deposit on the vehicle and delay pick-up for a few weeks. On pick-up, he spent 2 hours explaining and demonstrating all the features on the highlander. He also offered to do a review later if we forgot some of the information. As well he came to our home to ensure that the garage door opener was working and that the blue tooth phone phone connection was functioning. We would say that is going above and beyond the call of duty.
