I was met at the door, as they were expecting me...great welcome . .As this would be my 3rd Rav 4, I was already familiar with most features, but everything was explained thoroughly to me at each stage , from the initial exploration, through financing, the purchase, and a detailed run through of features on pick up day..Explanations were so clear, that I really didn't have questions.
