Dustin was excellent - he took a situation that was stressful - the car to be delivered was not the car thought to be, he rectified the situation and provided excellent service. When the 'correct vehicle' was delivered, I would have preferred more assistance with the electronics/infotec centre systems. The manual is great but hands-on guidance is preferred, especially when the client is not teck savvy. As well, I had some additional questions regarding some of the safety features of the Encore, requested the info from the salesperson and he advised that he would get back to me. As of this survey, (Nov 22nd) I have not heard anything back..
