On my last recent visit to Dominion, I was supposed to get a rental car from enterprise but was unable to due to being under 21. I went back to Dominion to possibly get a rental from them and my sales lady told me to wait a minute while she gets her boss to figure something out.
I sat down and waited 20 minutes. I then over heard a salesman speaking on the phone with someone who wanted to speak with my sales lady. The salesman said (_____ is out for a test drive right now). I thought wow she told me she would be right back.
One of the other salesman came up to me and asked if everything was alright, I told him my situation and he told me to wait one moment while he goes to get me a car off of their lot. He came back in 3 minutes and told me to let it warm up for a few minutes, and to have a nice day.
Later that night, I got a phone call from my sales lady wondering if I got home ok, and if I needed a ride to work in the morning. she started apologizing saying she had forgot about me. I was very disappointed and felt like I wasn't any of her concern anymore because she sold me a vehicle so she wanted to move onto the next.
