I dealt with Wes and team and I have never had a better vehicle purchasing experience. The purchase was a bit overwhelming for me as this was my first pickup truck (previous Honda Ridgeline owner - not a truck). Wes was extremely detailed, professional and thorough, making the process very easy. Right from the beginning of the process I knew I could trust Wes. Trust is the biggest piece of buying a vehicle for me. I had experiences with two other Chrysler dealerships that I did not trust and I ultimately walked away. I was down to my last straw and to be honest, Wes saved the day. This was also the first north american vehicle I had purchased (previously owned BMW, Honda and Acura). I had several questions throughout the process, even after I had completed the order. I was always amazed at how fast I received a clear and concise answer from Wes at all times of the day/night. When you deal with someone who knows the business and the vehicles so well, it puts your mind at ease and removes the post purchase dissonance. I am extremely excited to now have the vehicle in my possession, but in a way I am upset the process is over because I enjoyed it so much; I really did feel like I was dealing with a friend. I have spent considerable time bragging about my experience to friends, family and co-workers. One family member has already purchase 2 Ram Laramie Limited Trucks for his business because of my personal advertising. Many people have told me they will be contacting Wes over the next year or two when it comes time for them to purchase a vehicle.
