When we went to the Wendell lot to look at the 2011 Ram, Peter greeted us and was very friendly. We discussed the vehicle and Peter was very professional and courteous. He took us on a great route to test drive the truck. He listened to our minor concerns regarding the vehicle and dealt with them right away. He took us to the collision center to give us an answer. He did not pressure us into anything that we did not feel comfortable with. The other members of the staff were very nice as well. The staff worked well together and with us to come to an agreement. Picking up the vehicle was very easy. The paper work was all ready as well as the vehicle, which looked great. Peter made sure to we understood how the controls worked on the vehicle. He made the experience of buying our truck as stress free as possible. We would definetly purchase our next vehicle from Peter at Wendell.
