Alex and the boys are always willing to help me in the best way they can, understanding and patience. I'm never left in the dark, always know exactly what they are doing with my vehicles and always leave knowing if another issue arise I'll be back to see him without questioning going anywhere else
WE WERE HAVING A REOCCURING PROBLEM OF OUR service Engine coming on and staying on for a few days we were hesitant to travel too for for fear of damaging the engine. Alex and his tecks found the problem and corrected it. We were not held up too long and fortunately it was a warranty situation that was absorbed by Chrysler not us cost wise.
