Worst service ever.
They had my Jeep overnight and did not find anything wrong. (even though my rear wheel was wobbling/and a noise coming from it)
They services my.. ($600))
Went to another Chrysler dealership. they found it right away and fixed it that day.
The service advisor at Wendall Chrysler does not care. She wouldn't take responsibility for what they did wrong and fix it.
Save yourself the frustration and don't use Wendell Chrysler.
And don't show up without an appointment because you'll never hear the end of it from the service advisor.

I was in recently to have some brake work done to my 2014 grand caravan. (Brakes don’t last forever). The work was done in a timely fashion and within the estimate given to me. I was shuttled home and back again when the work was done. You can’t ask for better than that! I really love my grand caravan, for the cargo space it provides, the fuel economy, the nice ride due in part to the long wheelbase, and the stow-and-go seats are genius!
I would highly recommend Wendell Motors to anyone looking for a well made vehicle at a fair price!! By the way, when you have the need for speed, this van goes like a scared rabbit!! That 3.6 L under the hood is amazing.

Service advisor knows me by name. She is always pleasant and knowledgeable about my service requirements. Called to recommend a small addition to my service. And I was notified promptly when work was completed.
