Brad has been a pleasure to deal with, he is thoroughly knowledgable about the Porsche lines and enthusiastically took the time to go over the Macan during delivery. Porsche of London are fortunate to have him on their team.

This was our first Porsche and Brad was great to deal with. When we went to pick up the vehicle he was quite thorough going over all the features. The Porsche was ready, super clean and full of gas. Great service all around! Thank you!

When I initially went into the Porsche Dealership, I was there to seek additional information on the GT4. Brad McGonigle then took time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. At that time a GT4 had just arrived at the dealership so he took me to see it. After contemplation I decided I did not want the GT4. I then had a quick look at what was in the showroom. After returning home I did some further research on the 911 Carrera S. I then returned to the dealership and was looked after very well by Brad. We then took a 911 out for a test drive. Brad explained very well all the features of the 911. Later that week I decided to put an offer in on the 2014 911 Carrera S that was in the showroom. I met with Brad and Chris and we reached an agreement on the purchase. I was then introduced to the Service Manager and the Parts Manager. Everyone was very friendly. I was given a tour of service department. Chris explained all of the additional warranty packages available in detail. We were given a pick up date. The delivery process was very thorough and everything was explained in detail. Overall the whole experience was very professional and we were always made to feel welcome. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at purchasing a Porsche.

When I decided to purchase a used BMW from Porsche of London I had low expectations as to how I would be treated knowing that I was not purchasing a high end product. However, my expectations could not have been further off the mark as I received phenomenal service from everyone I encountered beginning with Brad. What impressed me even more was the customer service I received when the engine light came on in the car twice within the first month of ownership. In both instances the faulty part was replaced quickly and free of charge. Being a life-long Porsche this has been a very positive experience and when the time comes to purchase future vehicles I will certainly consider Porsche of London.
