The admin person was not easy to deal with, nearly lost the deal for Bobby and Bobby was awesome!!! If any of my team ever spoke to one of my patients like this, well - they wouldn't, they are respectful - the very thing you ask me to do on this survey. Interestingly enough a colleague who bought there in autumn of 2016 said he had similar dealings and won't return either. You may have a systemic problem.
I expected a clean, friendly, upscale dealership - the friendly came from Bobby ! the rest- disappointing.
