This was my very first used purchase and my very first truck. And I was buying from out of town. My overall experience with my salesman was very positive and he was always a phone call away to answer my questions. Every time I text him or called he was always there for me which made buying over the phone a little easier. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions and talked to people who owned the same truck and they seem to love it. Considering I made the purchase over the phone and never tesr drove the truck I am very happy so far but I've only had the truck for a week, but I'm hoping I will be as happy about the truck in the future as I am now. Chase, our sales consultant, gave us excellent service; heck, he even came in on his day off. I know what your thinking, he just wanted the sale, but it did not feel that way. The bottom line, we were very satisfied with the service we received.
