Salesman was great but insurance sales person didn't keep his word
Grant Mushlian did not contact me about warranty coverage as promised. I wanted to buy it but he never returned any communication I sent. I even emailed the car salesperson, Tim, to check in on Grant and Tim replied that he would talk to him. I would still buy the warranty if Grant could find out if I am eligible but it has been 2-3 weeks now and is not likely an option. But i don't know because no one ever helped me.
Tim was a great person and a great help.
Thanks to Tim and Jim for their help. It was a tag team effort- Tim with the quick turnaround on questions and Jim with the honest/straightforward details on the test drives. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle at Acura on Brant.
