While car dealerships are not my go to places, my experience at Acura on Brant has changed my thinking because of the fabulous reception and service we were exposed to.
Our first experience at Acura on Brant left us feeling respected and valued. From the minute we walked through the door, we were impressed by the professionalism and warmth of everyone we had contact with. My previous unfortunate experiences with car dealerships melted away in seconds and I will not hesitate to return. Kudos to all.
Unfortunately still to this point I have nothing positive to offer although I wish there was!
I have limited trust and faith with the dealership in all honesty, to report sadly. Service manage is not very professional and condescending. Its one thing to drop the ball but completely another to move beyond that in a positive manor. Unfortunately my most recent service appointment will probably NOT ever buy Acura again. The manager told me this, "if there is no sensor or trouble light alert there is nothing wrong with anything in the car" Therefore any warranty items I may feel should and are covered with a new 2016 ILX is not covered by warranty cause no sensor lights are on, and I would therefore have to pay to have the car looked at for what may be warranty items!
