After leasing vehicles from Acura Brant Street for the last 16 years we were very disappointed when we tried to buy out the lease of our 2019 MDX with any follow ups or help. I guess it was due to us changing (after 4 MDX's) to a Genesis that no one wanted to help. Lucky for us Oakville Acura was able to finalize the deal and the vehicle went to a new owner. Moral of the story: 'if you don't deal with us as loyal as you have been, then we don't deal with you'. Looks like we will not make any leasing efforts for any family vehicles after this most recent issue.
Grant is the most professional persons in the car business. Always gives you a straight answer and does not forget his commitment to how a customer should be treated. He is the only person that I would trust when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Always look forward to meeting with him when I visit the dealership.

Great job and very professional service. Acura on Brant works hard to get your business...an harder to keep it. Excellent staff to deal with before you buy and definitely afterward. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
I am a guy who hates buying cars (disqualifies me from saying I loved it) but really enjoyed dealing with staff at Acura on Brant, esp. Max Massiah.
Purchased a new 2016 TLX from Max. No high pressure, showed me how much fun the tech package was, explained features. Overall very helpful. I'm a person who doesn't enjoy dealing with car sales people but Max was a pleasure to deal with. And after sale support (paperwork, explaining how features work etc.) was very good and very professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, as they were recommended to me by a friend. I've heard good things about their service dept.-haven't used it yet.
