Came in for an evaluation on a transmission issue on new TLX. Dropped off the vehicle in the new service bay and discussed with service person. Signed work order and then shown to the loaner vehicle.
Received call when work was completed and then returned loaned vehicle and picked up my car. Discussed findings with service rep and left. Issue was covered under warranty.
Car was brought in for change of winter tires and also review of rattling...very professional experience with a lot of attention to string communication. Thanks
