What I had expected to be an hour-long service appointement turned out to last 4 hours, but it did not matter much still Amy and Kirby did everything they could to make it comfortable. They made me feel they sincerily cared about the quality of service they provided, and in the end, I was happy they found out some potential risks with my tires, so that I could make a decision to fix the situation and stay totally safe on the road.
