There was a 400$ difference in price from what thet told my wife compared to what i was told.

I was at work and Palladino honda Sudbury called my wife at home to tell her about a series of things that need to be done to our van in addition to the regular maintenance B. They mentioned things not covered under warranty which in fact they were and told her that our pollen filter had to be changed. When I got back from work I told him that I had just replaced the pollen filter myself a couple of week prior to the appointment. At that point they told me they never had a chance to look at it yet? In the end our van bill was 409$ less than what they told my wife on the phone. Obviously my wife was quite upset. When I mentioned what was happening to our shuttle service driver even he stepped in and went to the service desk with me to get things straightened out.
