Amazing service from Saleman HOANG.
Hoang provided excellent service! HE was fast, efficient and understands our needs.
We looked at the same Van at Alberta Honda, and swear to never go back. Alberta Honda, lures you in believing the vehicle is cheaper than all the other dealer ships. Their lack of customer services was so disppointing. Their sales team sucks! The saleman that help us out at Alberta Honda acutally told us we were wasting his time.
After purchasing our Van at your location, Hoang, made sure he was there when we picked up the Van and also called us after to see how the drive was.
There was a lack of communications. There were chips on the bumper of my Van, Hoang has asked the service department to give me a call and arrange for it to be fixed. After two weeks and no calls, I called Hoang and ask him what was the problem. Apparently, someone forgot to call us. I also ordered seat covers from your office and had to ask Hoang about them again.
I did get a call yeterday from your office about fixing my bumper. I advised her that this is a busy month for me and that i will not be able to bring the van in until next year January 9, 2014.
I later got a call today from Enterprise, advising me that Honda as booked me a loaner car and asked when i was going to pick it up.
I think traiing is still lacking in the service department, however the Sale department is great.
