Dan encouraged me to buy the vehicle I wanted, rather than attempting to sell me on a specific vehicle.
Dan listened and understood what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was friendly and attentive, but he was not pushy. Once I had identified the vehicle I wanted, he provided me with information on that specific model. I felt like I was leading the sale of my new vehicle; not Dan as he did not attempt to sell me on a vehicle other than the one I was interested in. He was friendly, humorous and respectful towards me, my family and his work colleagues. Since purchasing my new vehicle, Dan has checked in with me to ensure the vehicle is running well and to determine if I have encountered any questions or concerns.
