As of this statement we have not picked up our vehicle but are looking forward to it. The Haldimand personnel were very forthright with all info on the vehicle that we were purchasing and explained all options to us about certain coverage which was open for us to for certain coverage as this was a used vehicle. Very friendly atmosphere within the office area and nothing felt like we were being "pushed" in any way. Great experience and would purchase from Halidman again.
