Purchase of new vehicle...well worth the almost 200 km round trip between Newmarket and Milton. TWICE.
The service provided by "Team Honda - Milton" which included Cleigh Pottinger, Irfan Chaudry and anyone else in the background; was professional, informative and very accommodating. We felt welcomed and at ease from the very first introduction and hand shake on the lot. I had a couple of discussions with both Cleigh and Irfan earlier on the first day, about the kind of car I was looking for, and my wish list of must haves including affordability. That evening I was able to take a test drive and discuss the financing in person.
I returned a couple of days later to pick up my spanking new car. The team's expertise; welcoming and friendly attitude made the whole experience seem like a walk in the park. "That" is what good customer service is all about; and that is why customers will return.
Honda is very lucky to have Cleigh Pottinger and Irfan Chaudry on board.
