Prior to my visit to the Honda Dealorship, I researched the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase/lease. As a result, I felt prepared when we began our discussion. Normand was excellent in hearing me and understanding what my needs were. He also provided additional information to help me with my decision. This was by far, the best experience I have had in obtaining a new vehicle. I have friends who have Honda vehicles to whom I obtained their evaluation of their vehicle - all strongly recommended Honda. I have had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks and I thoroughly enjoy it!! I have already and will continue to recommend Honda to my friends and family. As I reflect back on the day that I visited Honda, it brought back very positive and pleasant recollections!!
