Hi Terry,
Sorry to hear that the first impression we gave was less than perfect. While we try to make sure every customer is acknowledged as soon as they arrive at the dealership there are evidently times this is not happening. I will be sitting down with our sales staff and greeter this week to adjust the way customers are greeted to better serve our clients.
