Best and easiest experience ever buying a vehicle!
We arrived at the dealership to look at a specific vehicle. The salesperson (Adam) we were to meet with was occupied at the time, however, we did not have to wait because he made sure to arrange for a colleague to step in for the test drive. Upon returning to the dealership, Adam was ready for us and ready to answer any questions that we might have concerning the vehicle. He was very helpful, respectful, polite and informative. We also found Adam to be very easy-going, friendly and approachable. I usually dread the process of purchasing a new vehicle, however, he made the entire process very easy and enjoyable.
Whenever we returned to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, Adam and associates had the car in immaculate condition. He went over all of the key features of the vehicle and even synchronized our cell phones to the bluetooth system. He spent a considerable amount of time ensuring that we were comfortable with all of the features.
We had requested an auto start to be installed in the vehicle prior to pick up, however, it didn't arrive in time. We were very pleased to find out through the Business Manager, Tim, that they would provide a refund/credit and I was able to have this service installed locally with the cost covered. Our experience dealing with the Business Manager, Tim, for the financing process was excellent as well. It was like talking with an old friend.
In summary, we have already told several people about our awesome experience at Hunt Club Hyundai. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. We walked away feeling very confident and extremely satisfied with our experience. Very professional team! Thank you Adam and Tim for the excellent customer service!!
