I was browsing the lot and Tran approached. I liked his low-key manner. I test drove a similar car and liked it. Tran was helpful before and after the sale. I liked the business approach of Tran and the dealership. I was not required to buy dealer add-ons. Tran were totally honest with me and honoured the stated price, even though a mistake had been made in my favour.
