First oil change complete, customer service could improve.
Prebooked my appointment for 1pm. The service agent told me it would be roughly 45 minutes. Unfortunately, it was about an hour and 15 minutes until I was put of there. Although the agent apologized for being late, I would rather not be advised one thing only to have another occur. We'll see what happens in April!
