Staff was helpful and congenial.
Salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Answered all questions we asked.
After we picked up the Impala, we noticed the tires were made in China; this was disappointing.
One of the reasons for purchasing an Impala is the fact it is manufactured in Oshawa. We expected the vehicle to be equipped with North American made tires.
