My experience has been that I can trust the service people even when people tell me not to.

I have done all the recommended maintenance on my car in the hope of making my car last as long as possible. Lately, I have been somewhat disapointed. My car key came apart. I am now using the spare one. One piece of equipement came off my wiper. Before that, the cap " 'enjoliveur de roue" came apart and I believe it was damaged when I had the tire change because it was dented then. But I can't say for sure because it came apart when I went through the car wash. But, what impressed me the most was the preventive mesure that was taken when I brought my car in for one of the maintenance appointement. They found a situation that would become a problem eventually and fixed it before the warranty expired. And when I compared prices on different things, the price was the same on certain things. People have told me not to go to the dealership because you are over charged. It may be true in certain cases but not all the time. I find the service is friendly and courteous which I appreciate but I still have to feel confident that the customer best interest comes first. Thank you. P.S. one thing I hadn't notice till much later after I bought the car was that the material other the passenger seat was not well put in place which I thought was poor workmanship.
