I really don't like the car purchase process, but Hoang made it as easy as possible. He did not push at all, and no one at the dealership really tried to push all the extras on us. Hoang spent the time going over our new CRV, even to the point of setting up our both our phones on the bluetooth system, and making sure that our speed dial was set up!
