Tran was wonderful. Not only did he make me feel comfortable and safe with my decision, but he made certain of how much I loved the vehicle, and just the fact he cared enough about that, shows how great of a salesman he is. Sometimes in sales it's hard to sell a product you don't believe in, but the knowledge and the passion he had about the vehicle I was purchasing, basically made my decision. Tran and the management team made sure I did not leave the dealership without a vehicle that I felt comfortable purchasing financially, and a vehicle I was in love with, and they succeeded. I love my beautiful little black car :)
