Exceeded ALL expectations!
I was introduced to Carlo via a dealership website inquiry about a new Grand Caravan. We scheduled an appointment to meet, and Carlo narrowed the focus on the best model and features that would meet our family's needs. Carlo was a wealth of information on the product, answering all detailed questions regarding the product. It was refreshing to have a sales representative that wasn't pushy, or persuasive about closing a deal, or stretching me into a higher than comfortable payment.
I followed up with Wes to finalize the offer. Again, exceptional care was taken to proceed with the exact vehicle that we wanted. I met Lisa in the Business Office, who arranged for the financing, and again, was not pushed about additional services or features generally offered at a premium by other dealers. Lisa promptly followed up when the financing was approved, and we picked up our brand new Grand Caravan the next day.
My family loves the space and comfort our new vehicle provides. We plan to take a few annual trips to Florida in the coming years, and can now navigate those trips with ease.
I loved the exceptional purchase experience at Wendell Motors, and will heartily refer them to all of my friends and family.
