We are sorry to hear that you had some recent bad luck with your 2011 Pick-up. It looks like you were in to our service department in the middle of January for a new battery, which certainly is part of regular vehicle maintenance and repair. Then two days later, your vehicle required a new starter and fuse block. Also, a complete AVR was done. The new battery was tested, and it was good. The service department also tested for a possible parasitic draw, and this was shown to be satisfactory as well. As a courtesy, labour and parts discounts were extended to you.
Unfortunately, since vehicle charging and electrical systems are complex, it may take more than one visit to pinpoint a problem. We are sorry that you had that inconvenience. If there is more that our service department can do for you, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
