Not pleased in any way shape or form

This is the second vehicle that we brought into SMP and had them mess up on diagnosis and end up costing us thousands of dollars rather then hundreds. Will never recommend or deal with this cimpact ever again

We are sorry to hear that you had some recent bad luck with your 2011 Pick-up. It looks like you were in to our service department in the middle of January for a new battery, which certainly is part of regular vehicle maintenance and repair. Then two days later, your vehicle required a new starter and fuse block. Also, a complete AVR was done. The new battery was tested, and it was good. The service department also tested for a possible parasitic draw, and this was shown to be satisfactory as well. As a courtesy, labour and parts discounts were extended to you. Unfortunately, since vehicle charging and electrical systems are complex, it may take more than one visit to pinpoint a problem. We are sorry that you had that inconvenience.
