Hello Blake. We are sorry that you are having electrical problems with your vehicle resulting from the aftermarket remote starter in your car. We understand how frustrating intermittent electrical problems can be. General Motors or SMP cannot be responsible for these problems since we did not do the work or sell you the parts. Nonetheless, goodwill assistance has been extended to you well beyond what would be considered normal. In addition, the possibility of paint loss or a missing FOB was seriously investigated, as SMP stands solidly behind its commitment to customer care, and this was determined to not be the case. We sincerely hope that you have been able to get your vehicle’s electrical issues resolved, and that your car problems are now far behind you.
