efficient and friendly
I had my car in for an oil change and "check engine" light. The service was done quickly and I appreciated how the transaction was handled . It gave me the impression that my patronage was valued. I especially appreciated that the vehicle was washed before it was returned to me. Those are the small details that will keep me loyal.
