Off the bat i was greeted by Charlie and he was good to deal with. I had a 7:30 appointment time which i was on time for and I needed my vehicle for work so I had to wait.
I went into the back at 9am to see if my vehicle was ready as i had not heard anything and was getting impatient.
The lady at the order desk was pleasant as was everyone in my experience; however i had to wait nearly an hour and a half for a basic oil change which is disappointing.
