Hello Steve. We are sorry that we were unable to work on your vehicle the day you initially dropped it off. Our goal is to complete the work on each vehicle on the day it is dropped off, unless it is a very big job, or if we have to wait for parts. However, I am afraid that once in while things get backed up in the shop, and we do not get all vehicles completed. This is rare, and happens when the jobs ahead of your vehicle take longer to complete than expected. These unforeseen delays happen because it is impossible to know exactly how long any single job will take until the vehicle is in the shop and diagnosis is complete, and even then sometimes things take longer than anticipated. From our records, I see that you returned to our service department, and were recently in for an electrical concern and a water leak. Both of these types of problems can be intermittent and, therefore, difficult to diagnose. Of course, diagnosis is necessary before repairs can be made, and it looks like your vehicle may still be at that stage for at least one of the problems. Please feel free to call our service department to speak to your service advisor, or our customer service representative, if you have any additional comments or questions. Thank you for your business.
