Super satisfied 5 times return customer
Being a return customer 5 times now, we always enjoy the good humour of the staff. Everytime we go there we see familiar faces. To me that means that the staff are well treated by management.
It is so easy to search online before you go in. You can make a list of the vehicle you want to try. The posted prices are what you will pay. It can be disappointing when the vehicle you want is already sold. This also means the reputation is good.
Once you choose the ONE for you, the sales person is quick to complete the transaction without being "pushy". The SP are very knowledgeable and honest.
The fact that the vehicle is taken in and looked at with a "fine tooth combs is reassuring".
**Negatives**
It is our first time being in the winter. The 2 vehicle we want to try were full of snow and ice. We had to clean them ourselves. I think this is service the staff should offer, at the least.
Also, we needed this vehicle asap but it has been a week since the purchase and no word yet. We thought that as a repeat customer, they could have offered to go faster or at least offer a few days with a vehicle.
They are very independent. They did not leave a message at home and this cost us 2 extra days of rental= $75,00 Wonder what they will offer as compensation?
