Patient, knowledgeable and efficient service from Kennedy
We brought in our 2008 Cobalt to the service center when it would not start. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken timing chain which meant the engine was blown and presented us with our options. We decided our best choice was to purchase a new vehicle so we went to see Kennedy. After a few weeks of deciding what we wanted we finally decided on the Equinox. Kennedy was incredibly patient and very helpful answering all of our questions and showing us numerous different models and options. Our financing fellow, Brandon, was also wonderful to work with. This is our second purchase with SMP and we will definately be back for future purchases.
