My vehicle had a few issues with the heat not working, in the middle of a very cold winter! My car was just over the 60000 KM warranty, and Dennis made sure I got 50% coverage on quite an expensive repair. He made sure it was fixed as quickly as humanly possible and that it didn't break my bank. He kept me updated and informed each step of the way. He even provided me with a courtesy vehicle due to a part delay, and the vehicle was just like mine so I was never really inconvenienced. Dennis made me feel like he really cared about my situation, it wasn't just another car that needed to be fixed , I felt like I was an important customer! I really appreciated everything he did and the experience was as painless as it possibly could be. I will always bring my car to Murray's and hope to always deal with Dennis, I will also recommend their service department to all my friends and family. Very, very very satisfied customer!
