A comedy of errors
From the time we dropped off our car, red flags went up that we should not have ignored. The left arm does not know what the right arm is doing!
First, we changed our contact info to reflect that I should be phoned, and not my husband. Guess who got called 15 different times on his cell phone, despite repeated attempts to get them to call me? This was not a difficult request, yet for some reason, they continued to ignore it.
We were promised a conquerable courtesy vehicle, and were assured that a note would be made about it in our file. Guess who didn't have an appropriate vehicle ready for us when we dropped off our car? The vehicle we did eventually get was dirty and dinged up.
We had an oil change and inspection done on the car a week before we dropped it off for the body work and recalls. However, they wanted to charge us for another inspection, and they had no way to call up the items that were noted in their previous inspection to be fixed on this visit.
Not to mention the diagnostic fee we were charged for a problem that was already diagnosed, and the windshield wiper that *had* to be changed (according to them) and wasn't.
Overall, I would describe our experience as a gong show. We will not be returning.
