We had a good idea of what we were looking for and Haldimand had a wide selection of SUVs that fit into that range including make, model, year, kms and price. Speaking of price we felt that most of the vehicles we were interested in were priced appropriately. We certainly enjoyed the no questions and unhurried approach of the staff as we worked through the test driving of some 7-8 vehicles the first day. Upon our return we we had it whittled down to two. Once our selection was made the sales force walked us through the paperwork and the next steps. They were very clear of what was required and when the vehicle would be ready. We received a phone call the day before the appointed pick up time advising us that the vehicle was ready. We appreciated this and all was in order and ready to go once we arrived.
