My wife and I found the exchange with Adam to be very direct and forthright. All questions were answered fully and once the decision to purchase was made, Adam ensured everything happenned quickly and smoothly. We particularly appreciated the experience with Tim Boileau as we finalized the financing and transaction. Our vehicle was to include a rear bumper protector however none were in stock and it could not be installed prior to picking up the vehicle. We are awaiting a call to arrange to bring the car in to have this item installed. Although a small detail, how Dilawri follows up on this issue will serve as a true indicator of service.
