It was a very long and almost frustrating process at times.

I spoke with a handful of individuals at the dealership. At first I was told I was not able to use a GM code - where I know I was. This deterred me away and left me frustrated. Then the individual who said no passed my file along for some reason. Finally we got to a resolution that I was able to use the code. They kept saying that they really don't see a lot of individuals use the code so there is so much paperwork and they stated they were not sure really what to do. (You think the employees should at least be educated on this?) As I have spoke with other family members who went to other dealerships because it was such a hassle for them to use the code. I was told that they weren't even really allowed to offer me coffee or anything with the code. We waited a long time when we first went in to test drive the vehicle even though they knew we were coming. I never got my car the same day as I went in. I figured there would be a full tank of gas. The tire pressure on one of the tires was very high compared to the others, I asked about that and was told it was probably just the way the vehicle was leveled. It was not looked at and it was not due to the way the vehicle was leveled. So overall I am not sure if I would purchase another vehicle from them in the future. They had what I wanted but I'm sure I could have found it elsewhere. I shouldn't state the the service was not all bad as a few individuals were friendly and courteous.
