The experience at Moncton Honda is the model of how I want to purchase a car.
Rob Burgoyne and the other people I dealt with at Moncton Honda were very helpful, both in answering my emails and in person. Because I had to drive some distance to the dealership, Rob kept me informed about whether the car I wanted was still in stock. Once on site, Rob was professional and helpful, explaining the options and leaving me to decide if I wanted them. This is the second time I have dealt with Moncton Honda, and both times it was a pleasure, not at all stressful (even though buying a car is a huge expense). Moncton Honda chooses excellent sales people and trains them well, from what I can see. They are also just nice people. I'll likely be back when this car has reached the end of its service life, but I don't expect that to be for a while, given the quality of Honda cars. Thanks, guys!
