Warranty work done but delayed
Brought my 2014 Equinox in for warranty work (rear axle seal, only 17k on car!) Was told it was delayed til afternoon and would be done by 5. Got shuttled back for 5 then told another car took longer on the alignment rack than expected. Was given a loaner/rental car. Came back next day, work was done, but I had hoped they would've at least washed it and possibly vacuumed the inside. Not that I expected it, but I thought they had a dept that does this as a courtesy, especially after the delays.I I'll still come back, as last time I took it to Vickar for the free 2014 model oil change deal, and they didn't even verbally tell me the seal was leaking! Found out by reading it on the oil change inspection sheet.
