this was my first experience ever, having to purchase a vehicle on my own. I was scared and nervous not knowing what to expect. the staff left me to my own devices to test drive the cars at my own leisure. I appreciated the friendliness and the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere... when I finally made my decision george was there to answer any questions I had without pressure and made the experience of purchasing the vehicle simple, easy, and pleasant- contrary to what I had anticipated. I would definately recommend haldimand to my friends and family.... thanks again george- I'm loving my new to me Kia Rondo!
