Pre sale was great. Sales staff friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant. When i picked up my vehicle i felt more rushed. seats were in full recline position, floor mats were laying in the rear and it was wet and raining. I only received one key to the vehicle and was told Id receive two. The rear bumper has a greasy grime on the top of it in the cargo area. My bank loan was not set up properly. Was to be biweekly and was set up monthly. Now im told i have to fix it myself. It was a long drive 3 hours each way. The deal i made i am happy with, and the experience was over all pleasent, but the delivery could have been a lot better.
