B service on my 2012 Honda civic
I brought my vehicle in for service and as always customer service is excellent. I am greeted with a smile, the service to be done is always explained in detail, and the cost is outlined as well. I am provided with a shuttle home and picked up when the service is done. Dan called me to ask me about doing some additional maintenance that was required, before the work was done to get my authorization and was very detailed in his explanation. The cost was once again provided. I even received a phone call with an apology that my shuttle would be a bit late. Service is always fast, efficient and friendly, they make you feel like you are a valued customer. Shuttle drivers are always very courteous as well, conversation is always friendly. Thank you Honda for going above and beyond.
