I was treated well with professionalism and interest in what I wanted to buy. Normand took the time with me and I appreciate the phone call a few days after taking my Honda home. This is my second Honda and have enjoyed my first one and is the reason I bought a second one. I must mention that any service I've had on my first Honda was excellent with dealing with service dept.
