Sales Rep was fine, finl payment guy was another story.

The final sales/finance person was way to pushy. Was not offered best finance rate at first after I came back with my own. He could not explain how interest was calculated for that particular loan. He kept insisting that my financing was going to have all these charges I would pay and they did not. I left with impression that everything bad was going to happen to my vehicle after warranty expired which lead me to think that he has no confidence in the product SMP sells. Even after his final pitch and before payment he tried to convince me that my new vehicle had a good chance of being stolen. After payment was made, vehicle was delivered which I appreciated. However the exterior was not very clean while test driving. There is a fair amount of minor chips, scuffs for a vehicle with that amount of kms and age. Was shocked that that was not taken care of even before it was put for sale on the lot.
